Level-based exercises
Exercises are organized by language level, including A1 and A2, so practice can follow topics already studied.
Personal Projects
A custom space to practice the Russian topics I’ve studied.
Ongoing / In Development
Russian Learning Hub is a personal learning website I built to support my Russian study. It brings exercises, reading stories, and a game into one place, with practice organized around language levels and topics.
Existing learning tools did not fully support my preference for practicing only the topics I had already studied. I wanted more control over what appeared in a practice session.
I built a custom Russian study website with topic-based practice and material grouped by level. Exercises offer a focused practice session, stories provide reading material, and the Chef Game adds a timed activity.
Exercises are organized by language level, including A1 and A2, so practice can follow topics already studied.
Each session randomly selects five exercises per category, such as plurals or verb conjugation.
Submitting answers provides feedback on mistakes and correct answers.
Stories are organized by level to support reading practice.
A timed game matches Russian ingredients and instructions to English recipes, with increasing difficulty at each level.
I built the website with HTML, a custom CSS stylesheet, and Bootstrap CSS with its JavaScript bundle. Exercises, Stories, and Games have separate pages, and the site is hosted on GitHub Pages.
I plan to add more exercises, reading stories, and games to support continued practice.
